• Once a week before bedtime, after brushing your teeth, apply Elmex Gel on all teeth and molars, add about 1 cm gel on your toothbrush.

• Allow the gel so stay on your teeth for 2 to 3 minutes.

• Finally, spit out the excess and rinse with water.

• For prevention of dental cavaties and tooth decay. For  treatment of hypersensitive roots of your teeth.
